Introducing...
My weekly newsletter
So I’ve taken a little hiatus from writing on here lately, but I’ve been so busy making everything else happen that I’m not really too upset about it. I launched my podcast and my YouTube channel, and I’m really finding my footing and voice in my content and in the social media space. With so much going on, I had to really think about how I wanted to continue this practice as well without it feeling like just too much. I am crazing a cohesiveness across content, and this could be the perfect way to do it for now.
So, introducing…My Weekly Newsletter
So here’s what’s went on this week…
I’ve been focusing on two major themes across my content; manifestation & goal planning and training fluidity and flow.
Manifestation & Goal Planning:
This is literally one of my favorite topics to talk about so I was so excited to bring it to the podcast this week. I go in-depth about what implementing this practice has done for me, because it has completely changed not only my life, but my outlook on life, but I also give you a step-by-step guide with examples from my own personal goals on how to make this work for you. I’m going to link the podcast/YouTube video to this episode below, but since you’re here I’ll break it down:
Get clear on what YOU want. Sounds like the easiest step, but I actually think it’s the hardest. This requires you to dig deeper and figure out what’s soul-aligned for you and what isn’t.
Script your dream life. Physically write it out, how a day in the life would look for you if you had everything you wanted. Hint: using ChatGPT for this is a game changer. Tell it your answers from step one and ask it to write you how the day would go if you had attained those goals.
Do your life map. So you’re going to take four categories: health, relationships, wealth, and personal brand- and you’re going to come up with 3 huge goals for each category that aligns with your script from step 2. (Using ChatGPT for this step is great too, because sometimes it’s difficult to think too far outside of our comfort zone.) Then for each goal you write, you’re going to write down 1-2 actions you can do TODAY to work towards that goal. Next go to Pintrest and find 1-2 pictures that visually represent each goal too. *Look at your entire life map daily.
Do the actions. The most overlooked step- and also why manifesting doesn’t work for most people. It’s not enough to think it and write it, you have to be ready to DO it. You have to show up each day and do the work, it’s then where we realize we’re unstoppable.
But I explain so much more in the episode so check it out On Spotify or on YouTube
Training Fluidity & Flow:
As a pole dancer and pole instructor, I know how important it is to feel like your movement is fluid and graceful and truly in flow. I’ve been talking about all of the different ways you can actually train fluidity and flow in your dancing. Here are some of my tips:
Practice foundational moves & transitions in slow motion. Think like you’re moving through honey. This will help build muscle memory & build confidence in your movement. You can also try one of my Sensual Somatic Flows on YouTube!
Start freestyle dancing. This is one is transformational, you’ll never find your flow if you never take the time to connect to your movement.

Strength Training Integration Moment:
Why Training the Core is Important for Everyone:
Training the core is essential for dancers and everyone in general because it provides a foundation for movement, balance, and stability.
For dancers, a strong core enhances control, fluidity, and alignment, allowing for better technique and reducing the risk of injury.
But the benefits for literally everyone include, core strength, supports posture, reduces lower back pain, and improves overall functional movement, making daily activities easier and safer.
I shared my go-to core workout in a recent Instagram post.
Things I’m Loving This Week:
This might be my favorite section…it’s where I’ll share my favorite products, places, and glimmers from the week.
Current Fashion Obession:
All things over-sized and comfy cozy. Long gone are my days of grabbing a crop top as my go-to. It’s the end of an era, but as I approach my 30’s I’m feeling called to a more conservative yet cute day-to-day look. (But you will also see me proudly still sport a crop top if the occasion arises- probably why I always end up in just my sport bra at the gym.) At work and when I’m out for drinks with friends or dinner with Anthony, I opt for a 90’s classy feel. But in my downtime and while running errands, I’ve been in love with baggy sweatsuits and over-sized lounge wear.
I’ve gathered some of my favorite pieces from my recent Amazon orders:

I’m a total podcast girly now…and here are my favs:

My glimmer of the week: going to pole class. In all honesty, I am tired. The past two weeks have been a lot and I’ve been feeling pretty spread thin and trying to balance pretty much everything in life right now. Going to my pole class and being with the girls and just connecting and laughing and having a fun but challenging physical release is exactly what I needed. Not to mention we worked on the prettiest spin combo;
Well that’s all I have for this week loves-
See you next Sunday,
xo Cassie
